Cancellation policy
Bloofah β Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Hereβs how cancellation works depending on your order type:
Standard Orders
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it β only if the order hasnβt been processed or shipped yet.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- You can still request a return after receiving the product (see Return Policy)
To cancel your order:
Email us at: support@bloofah.com with your order number # and reason for cancellation.
Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you subscribed to a product:
- You may cancel, pause, or skip deliveries anytime from your account or email links
- Subscription renewals are charged automatically based on the selectedΒ frequency
- Cancellation applies only to future renewals. Any orders already processed or shipped remain subject to the existing order terms.
To cancel or modify subscription:
Use the "Manage Subscription" link in your confirmation email or contact: support@bloofah.com
Pre-Orders (if applicable)
Pre-order items may be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.If a deposit was collected:
- Youβll receive a full refund if cancelled before shipping
- If item is shipped, normal return policy applies
"Try Before You Buy"
Currently, Bloofah does not offer βTry Before You Buyβ model.
Once an order is shipped, it becomes subject to our Return & Refund Policy and cannot be cancelled.
Important Notes
- Some orders (especially international shipments) are processed very quickly β cancel requests beyond the 12-hour window may not be possible
- For custom, bulk, or wholesale orders, cancellation requests may not be accepted once processing begins
